Week 7 College Football Games To Watch

joe burrow lsu tigersCollege football’s Week 7 offers three great games that you don’t want to miss as they pit some of the best teams of the season against one another. Here we take a look at them:

2 Georgia (6-0) at 13 LSU (5-1): The game of the day will take place in Baton Rouge as the Bulldogs visit the Tigers. Many people expected this to be a contest between two top 5 undefeated teams, but LSU lost last week in Gainesville to the Florida Gators.

Even though LSU plays at home they will have plenty of problems against Georgia, especially because their quarterback Joe Burrow has a surprisingly low completion percentage (89 of 165 passes completed for 53 percent).

Prediction: The Bulldogs will barely slide by the Tigers and keep improving as they try to stay undefeated and make their way back to the College Football Playoffs.

12 Wisconsin (4-1) at 15 Michigan (5-1): The Badgers travel to Ann Arbor to take on the Wolverines in what’s developing into a good rivalry between these two teams. In 2016 Big Blue won 14-7 and last year Wisconsin won 24-10 as they finished the season unbeaten.

This should be one of the most entertaining games of the day as the Wolverines are playing great football and looking better week after week as they’ve come a long way since the start of the season, while the Badgers are looking like the best team in the Big Ten West Division.

Prediction: The Wolverines will squeak by the Badgers and get a revenge win for last year’s loss at Wisconsin.

7 Washington (5-1) at 17 Oregon (4-1): The Ducks must win this game if they want to make a statement for themselves this season. The Huskies are looking like the early-season favorites to represent the PAC 12 in the College Football Playoffs this season, so an Oregon win here would definitely turn heads and help their case as a real contender for the PAC 12 championship and more.

This one should be a dandy as it features two solid quarterbacks and two very good defenses pitted against one another in a game that will come down to which team can make more stops late in the game.

Prediction: This is a tough game to predict and it should be a very close contest as it could come to who has the ball last as the clock expires. Since the Ducks are at home we’ll pick them to sneak by the Huskies to pick a huge win
